Biography:
After Barrister Ahmed completed his L.L.B (Hons) from the University of Hull, he completed his Bar-at-Law from London’s City Law School. During the same time period, he was summoned to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn. He is also an internationally acclaimed mediator certified by the globally appraised Centre of Dispute Resolution (CEDR).
Barrister Ahmed’s expertise in litigation extend to the Lower and various Specialized Courts. He is Ghazi n Magsi’s specialist in Labor Laws and bears tremendous competence in litigation concerning Intellectual Property, Banking, Civil Disputes extending to Land and Property, Rent related issues, Contractual issues, Family affairs such as divorce, khula, maintenance, custody of children and guardianship.
Bearing in mind Barrister Ahmed’s certifications, he is our firm’s representative for Alternative Dispute Resolution cases. Herein, he has offered valuable consultancy on multiple local and international Mediation and Arbitration Disputes.
His prowess also includes Corporate Law, wherein he has assisted our clients in complex issues such as the formation of companies, societies, trusts , including the drafting of agreements such as Joint Venture Agreements, Franchise Agreements and Share Purchase Agreements.
